What is YOGA ?

                                  What is YOGA? Yoga   is a overall practice , from your body and mind. It includes phy sical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient time.  Yoga not only keeps your outter body fit but it also makes you mentally and physically fit. In ancient India there were no machines and no gym's with air conditioners , people wake up early and do practice yoga with the nature.  Yoga has become popular as a form of physical exercise based upon asanas (physical poses) to promote improved control of mind and body and to enhance well-being. Yoga came from the hindi word ,YOG.   Yoga, as a disciplined method for attaining a goal;Yoga, as techniques of controlling the body and the mind.                   Types of Yoga There are so many types of yoga, Look at them below- 1.   Hatha Yoga  - This is generally for all the beginners, it's a basic type of yoga like for maintaining a pose,holding it
