What is YOGA?
Yoga is a overall practice , from your body and mind. It includes physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines
which originated in ancient time.
Yoga not only keeps your outter body fit but it also makes
you mentally and physically fit. In ancient India there were no machines and no
gym's with air conditioners , people wake up early and do practice yoga with
the nature.
Yoga has become popular as a form of physical exercise based
upon asanas (physical poses) to promote improved control of mind and body and
to enhance well-being. Yoga came from the hindi word ,YOG. Yoga, as a disciplined method
for attaining a goal;Yoga, as techniques of controlling the body and the mind.
Types of Yoga
There
are so many types of yoga, Look at them below-
1. Hatha
Yoga - This is generally for all the beginners, it's a basic
type of yoga like for maintaining a pose,holding it for few seconds . Hatha is
derived from sanskrit , actually refers to any
yoga that teaches physical postures.

Vinyasa Yoga - This is a dance like way of doing yoga, a faster way of
doing yoga with all the excitement level raised up . So be prepared for your
heart rate to rise.
3. Iyengar Yoga - In this your
teacher will focus more on your body alignment in each pose ,unlike in every
type of yoga ,you need to hold every pose for a period of time. It will be soon
turning in your best friend,helping you to work within a range of motion that
is safe and effective.

Bikram Yoga - It contains the specific series of 26 poses all
together, two breathing exercises practiced in a room that need
to be heated at 105 degrees approximately. so get ready to have sweat.

Hot Yoga - It is also similar to the Bikram yoga because it is also
Practiced in a heated room . But there are no 26 pose in this But the heat will
make you feel more deeper in all poses. This is best for hardcore sweat lovers
as it is a tough workout practice.

3.Standing Forward Fold Pose -Uttanasana
4.The Triangle Pose -Trikonasana
5.Bow Pose -Dhanurasana

The Best Time For doing Yoga
According
to today's time ,people believe that whenever they get time they can practice
yoga but there's some particular time to do all the things and for best results
you have to do it on a particular time.
- Morning-
The best time is when the sun rises.(5-6 am)
- We
can do it before 8 , because the pollution level is low that time and you
can enjoy the nature peacefully.
- You
should at least practice it for 45 minutes for a day daily.
- In evening you can practice it but in a close room.
